Refund policy

At One Nine Fearless Wear, each order supports a small family-run business. We work hard to provide quality products and excellent customer care while maintaining fair policies for both our customers and our family. 

Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags (if applicable) must remain attached
  • Item must be free of smoke, pet hair, odors, stains, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items returned outside of these requirements may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Limited edition releases
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, altered, damaged, or heavily scented items
  • Orders with incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please review size charts carefully)

Exchanges (Recommended Instead of Refunds):

If your item does not fit, we encourage exchanges when inventory allows.

Exchange requirements:

  • Request within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer pays return shipping unless we made the mistake
  • Exchange item ships after original item is received and approved

We reserve the right to limit repeated exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If we made an error or your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of packaging and product/s

If approved, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

Lost, Delayed, or Carrier Issue

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • We will help open a carrier inquiry

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Stolen packages after marked delivered

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for processing
  • Additional bank processing times depending on provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. We reserve the rights to determine if and when the error was ours.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless production or shipping has already begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution, One Nine Fearless Wear reserves the right to dispute unsupported claims and deny future purchases.
