Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed on:

  • Weekends

  • Holidays

  • High-volume launch periods

may require additional processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins

Orders returned because of incorrect customer-entered addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.

We may assist in opening a carrier inquiry.

Once packages are accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays and delivery issues are primarily handled through the carrier.


Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located:

Please:

  • Check all entrances and porches

  • Ask household members

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

One Nine Fearless Wear is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of damaged item(s)

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund at our discretion


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on inventory availability.

Additional shipping charges will not apply unless otherwise disclosed.
